Production Control Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains and monitors production run.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods.
- Assisting in purchasing parts
- To control supplies of raw materials.
- Verifies and maintains records of vendor supplied services.
- Reviews application run instructions, recovery instructions and other complex operational documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards.
- Assisting in planning and developing weekly production line schedules
+ Arrange operators
+ Arrange product
+ Check output and input
- Assists in the development of standards and procedures for production control.
- Develop and implement form designs.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary detail reports including daily, weekly, period end, and year to date production output, efficiency output, capacity and other reports as directed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available. Only 5 days working day & saturday will be alternate.
- Must be responsible, cooperative, hardworking, patient and self reliant.
