QC INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the QC.
- Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet QC goals.
- Interpret production orders and company policies and procedures for workers.
- Confer with other supervisors and shift leaders to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Calculate labor and equipment requirements and QC specifications, using standard formulas.
- Maintain operations data such as time, QC, and cost records, and prepare management reports of QC results.
- Observe work, and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to QC or processing standards.
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects.
- Provide written reports of issues, problems and/or observations on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available. Only 5 days working day & saturday will be alternate.
- Must be responsible, cooperative, hardworking, patient and self reliant.
- Good problem solving skills.
